Historian, works as Poland Representative of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, a member of Polish Center for Holocaust Research at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences and of the editorial board of the yearbook published in Polish and English “Zagłada Żydów. Studia i Materiały” (“Holocaust. Studies and Materials”). Author of publications on Polish-Jewish relations during World War II and after the war, including a book /Sources on the Holocaust in Occupied Poland, /published in Polish in 2007, in English in 2014. Winner of the Jan Karski and Pola Nireńska Award for 2012.
